Application of the Diagnosis Main and Main 2 Registers
The
266CRH / 266CRT, 266CSH /
266CST has two ‘Diagnosis’
(Diagnosis Main and Main 2). The Diagnosis Main register
(Address 411, 412) each containing 16 bits.
The Diagnosis Main 2 register (Address 413) containing 16 bits.
Each bit represents an error.
The registers are structured as follows:
