For some manipulators, only category 1 stop is available.
4 After the configuration is done, the safety configuration must be written to
the controller and then a restart of the controller is required.

Validate the configuration
DANGER
A safety stop configuration must always be validated to verify that the desired
safety is achieved. If no validation is performed, or the validation is inadequate,
the configuration cannot be relied on for personal safety.
