The PEX430 includes a JTAG test chain. There is an option either to use the full JTAG 
test chain or to reduce the chain to program the CPLD.

Power-Up 

The PEX430 does not have any specific power supply start up sequence 
requirements.

 

The PEX430 requires a 5 volt DC supply to operate. The 5 volt supply is the main 
power supply and will need to be of sufficient power for the proper operation of the 
PEX430. The PEX430 produces all other supplies required for proper operation 
internally.
