10. Place the belt with the large stimulation pad on the upper
or lower part of your back or in the middle of your back to
stimulate your back muscles.
11. Place the belt with the small stimulation pad on the
side, front, back or on the inside of your thigh to
stimulate these muscle groups.
12. Place the belt with the small stimulation pad approximately 4 cm over your knee joint to
stimulate the primary and knee muscles.
13. Place the belt with the small stimulation pad on your calf to
stimulate the calve muscles.
14. Place the belt with the small stimulation pad on your upper arm
