4. Place the belt with the large stimulation pad on your shoulder
area to relieve muscle tension by applying a soothing massage.
5. Place the belt with the large stimulation pad on your upper
abdominal area in order to stimulate the muscles in this area.
6. Place the belt with the large stimulation pad on the middle of
your abdominal area to stimulate the corresponding muscle
groups.
7. Place the belt with the large stimulation pad on your lower
abdominal area to stimulate your lower abdominal muscles.
8. Place the belt with the large stimulation pad on your waist/back area to stimulate the
muscles on your side. For best results, make sure the silicone electrodes are positioned
properly for this exercise! Shift the pads until you have found a position where you
notice the strongest muscle contraction.
9. Place the belt with the large stimulation pad on your buttocks
to

rm and shape them.
