3. OPERATION
The In-Band Management Chassis is easy to operate; no special training is
required. However, the customer may perform local or remote status monitoring
through,
1. LED status
2. Console
3. SNMP manager
3.1 LED Status
In-Band Management Chassis LED
Power A
Turns green when primary power is on
Turns orange when primary power has failed
Power B
Turns green when redundant power is on
Turns orange when redundant power has failed
LAN
Turns on when 10/100Base-T link is up
Blinks when network is active
COM
Turns on when console port is connected
Slide-In Modules LED

indications.
