“Applications” Menu
This menu is only shown if the system administrator has set up additional programme
packages for your communications system and you have the user authorisation to use
these programmes.
Voicebox
: This menu is only available to you if the
OpenVoice
/
Aastra Voice
pro-
gramme package has been installed in your communications system and if the
system administrator has configured a voicebox for you. See the “OpenVoice 200”
resp. “Aastra Voice 800” user guide for further information.
Server menu
: Your communications system can also be extended via third-party pro-
grammes. It is possible to use individual functions of these programmes with your
system telephone. The
Server menu
menu entry will be offered to you in this case.
For further information, please consult the respective programme documentation.
“Central settings” Menu
In this menu you can define rules and settings for the time management of your
system.
The
Time control
menu item is available if the system administrator has configured,
for your user group, the authorisation “Time control”. The
Date / Time
menu item is
available if the system administrator has configured, for your user group, the authori-
sation “Configurator – Expert”. If you have neither of these authorisations, then this
menu will not be displayed on your telephone.

Time control
: In the OpenCom 100 / Aastra 800 several time groups can be con-
figured. Depending on the activated time group, incoming calls are signalled on
different telephones. Switching between these time groups can be done
automatically – according to a timetable configured by the system administrator –
or manually.
You can only programme these functions if the system administrator has activated
the “Time control” authorisation for your user group.
Select
Automatic
to activate automatic time control. The configured time groups
then change automatically according to the timetable configured by the system
administrator. This setting remains active until one of the available time groups is
set manually.
