Customizing Announcements for Aastra CNX Language Packs
The
language.txt
file contains the Aastra CNX configuration setting for that
language file. For example:
4
British-English
The first line (4) is the language pack version number, which the CNX uses to
check that the language pack is up-to-date. In the above example, version 4
applies to CNX Release 1.3 and earlier releases.
The second line (British-English) is the name of the language pack that the CNX
web interface uses to show which packs are installed.
Audio Editing Applications
You can edit and/or play the
.pcm
files using an audio editing program. You can
also customize the announcements in these files for your application. Some
examples of audio editing programs are:
•
WavePad or Cool Edit (for use on Windows operating systems)
•
MIXViews (for use on UNIX operating systems)
•
Audacity
®
(for use on
Windows, Mac OS X, GNU/Linux, and other
operating systems
)
