File>Export as RAW
from the menu.
Navigate to the location where you want to save the file and click

You must save the file in raw format (PCM format) in order for the file to work on the
Aastra CNX..

When you have finished editing and/or recording the audio announcement files, you must rebuild
the language pack before loading it onto the Aastra CNX.
