This selection will cause the system to turn off
the vertical and horizontal synchronization ports
and write blanks to the video buffer

This option only writes blanks to the video buffer

Video Off Method
This determines the manner in which the monitor is blanked.
Modem Use IRQ(only for ATX type)
Name the interrupt request (IRQ) line assigned to the modem (if
any) on your system. Activity of the selected IRQ always awakens
the system.
The choices: NA, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11.
Soft-Off by PWR-BTTN(only for ATX type)
If you select "Instant -Off", pushing the on/off button will instantly
shut down the system. If you select " Delay 4 sec", you have to
push the on/off button lasting for 4 secs to shut down the system.
In this mode, one touch on the on/off button won't shut down the
system but place it in a very low-power-usage state, with only
enough circuitry receiving power to detect power button activity or
Resume by Ring activity.
The choices: Instant-Off, Delay 4 Sec.
