AAVI
®
IONJET2000 counts its operation time and when the time exceed preset time the unit
indicates the need for service – manual tube cleaning.
Warning/Failures
If any warning or failures are detected it is indicated here.
The actual reason for warning/failure is shown in the warning/failure view.
“Active” state means that there is/are warning/failures and
“Non Active” means no warning/failures.
Water Usage
The automatic self-cleaning uses water stream for cleaning tubes based on the pre-set times
or/and after pre-set time after external remote Off-signal. In case intake air temperature drops
below pre-determined level the usage of water is blocked to prevent water freezing.

The AAVI
®
IonJet2000 monitors its internal
operation by measuring high voltage
generators’ current levels and temperature,
intake air temperature and cleaning
air flow volume.
High Voltage Currents
AAVI
®
IonJet2000 is having four separate
high voltage generators. The output current
of each high voltage generator is measured.
Depending on measured values and
predetermined threshold levels the high
voltage generator operating state is one
of the following: OK, Warning or Failure.
Temperatures
Air Intake temperature is used for
controlling automation cleaning water usage.
High voltage temperature is used for controlling a heater and a cooling fan in high voltage box.
Warning/Failure state is activated if the high voltage box temperature exceeds the set
threshold values.
Air Volume
The AAVI
®
IonJet2000 calculates the air volume flowing through the unit.
