Loads must be secure according to local height and deification regulations and or laws.
Secured loads and connections must be re-checked periodically for tightness.
In order to prevent installation problems, any consultation or use of certified installer or installation service company 
is recommended.

The APX2503 is a Low-profile utility rack built for the purpose of Carry bikes, skis, cargo boxes or the Rooftop Tent all 
while preserving valuable cooler-carrying capacity underneath.
This pairs low profile racks delivers a 300-lb. on-road capacity and Off-Road Rating for up to 180 lbs. all without the 
need to drill into the truck bed.
This low-profile cargo rack can effectively reduce wind noise. It features the rust-free material of aluminum. It also 
comes with eight aluminum C-clamps for non-drilling installation, making it compatible with a variety different truck 
models. This unit is Powder-coated with weather resistant paint. Built to work & last.

xtendable Aluminum Low Profile Truck Bed Rack

NSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

1. Slide 4 of the T-Bolts ( M8 * 25 ) into the cross-bar slot. Flip both the uprights and connect the bolts with washers & 
nuts. Note: Do NOT tighten the nuts during this process.
2. Slide the Tie Down ( two for each bar ) into the Cross-Bar’ s slot with 2 T-bolts ( M8 * 25 ) follow-by; connect with 
Washers & Spring Washers & Plastic Adjust-Knob. ( Installation of the Tie Down is optional for customers’ personal 
preference ).
3. Clean bedrails. Insert two Rubber Gaskets at the bottom of rack, put the rack set onto the vehicle’s truck bed. 
4. Install the semi-assemble rack set on the truck bed with C-Clamps ( two for each ). Make sure both uprights aligned then 
tighten all the bolts for security. 
5. Put the Tubular-Cabs on each cross-bar’s end. Then measure the position for both “Tie Down” and

 

Upright, mark the 

position and cut the Sealing Strip accordingly for the Cross-Bar, insert the Rubber Sealing Strip into the Cross-Bar ‘s upper 
& lower channel to reduce wind-noise.
6. 

Check all mounting hardware to insure tightness, you are now done!
