11) TWO KNEE PIKE
START
Place one foot in each of the suspended foot
cradles, then walk your hands forward until
your hands are directly under your shoulders.
Keep your hands firmly placed on the ground
in a high push up plank position, with your
core engaged.
FINISH
Keeping your legs straight raise hips toward
the ceiling. Make sure your core muscles are
engaged throughout the movement.
