TWO ARM PUSH UP WITH TWO KNEE TUCK
START
Place one foot in each of the
suspended foot cradles, toes in.
Walk your hands forward until
they are directly under your
shoulders. Keep your hands
placed firmly on the ground in
a push up plank position. Keep
your core engaged.
MID
Bend your elbows out to the
sides as you lower until your
body and arms reach 90 degrees
or parallel to floor.
FINISH
Press back up to the top of the
push up plank position as you
lift your hips upwards and draw
both knees in towards your
elbows.
CHEST AND CORE
