Anodes
Mount the Magnesium anodes in ¾" connections in the tank (3.4.1 "Dimensions of the
water heater")
T&P valve
Note
Mounting a T&P is mandatory. Mount the T&P in the tank after the insulation is mounted.
Mount the factory delivered T&P valve in de tank (3.5 "Installation diagram").
Note
In this jacket are no holes for the connections. Fit the jacket over the tank and tap, with a
soft hammer, on the edges of the necessary connections, so that they become visible in
the jacket. Cut the holes in the jacket with a knife, so that the connections become
visible.
Preparation
Warning
The installation should be carried out by a competent person in compliance with the
general and locally applicable regulations (1.3 "Regulations").
Note
Consult the table for the connections and consult the electrical diagram for the electrical
component connections.
Connector block
In preparation, you must first feed the electrical mains cable trough the strain relieves on
the left hand side of the control unit.
Connecting the mains power
The water heater is supplied without a power cable and isolator.
Note
In order to receive electrical power, the water heater has to be connected to the main
power by means of a permanent electrical connection. A double pole isolator with a
contact gap of at least 3 mm must be fitted between this permanent connection and the
water heater.
