Warning
The installation should be carried out by a competent person in compliance with the
general and locally applicable regulations imposed by the water and power supply
companies and the fire service. The water heater may only be installed in a boiler room
that complies with the requirements stated in national and local ventilation regulations
(1.3 "Regulations").
To avoid damaging the water heater, remove the packaging carefully. We recommend
unpacking the water heater at or near its installation location.
De insulation package of the water heater is delivered separately from water heater. The
insulation package is to be installed after installing the water heater.
Caution
The water heater may only be manoeuvred in an upright position. Take care that the
water heater is not damaged after unpacking.
The device may only be placed in a space if this meets the valid national and local
regulations. This space must be frost free or protected against frost. The device may not
be installed in damp or wet areas. The insulation classifies caution of the device is: IPX1.
Air humidity and ambient temperature
The boiler room must be frost-free, or be protected against frost. The table shows the
ambient conditions that must be adhered to for correct functioning of the electronics
present in the water heater to be guaranteed.

Water heater maximum floor load
Allow for the water heater’s weight and the maximum floor load; refer to the table (3.3.2
"General specifications").
Place the water heater on the 3 supplied legs. This is necessary for the fitting of the
insulation package and the cold water connection.
Water composition
The water heater is intended for heating drinking water. The drinking water must comply
with the regulations governing drinking water for human consumption. The table gives an
overview of the specifications.
