Sequence Name
The name of the sequence is the file name used for the frame files, and will be used
for the output file. The frame files are GIF files (created by Autodesk Animator or
similar).
For example:
Frame 0 is file "myfile.gif" (or "myfile00.gif")
Frame 1 is file "myfile01.gif"
Frame 2 is file "myfile02.gif"
To
Pack
this sequence, enter pack
myfile.gif
or just
pack myfile
. The resultant
sequence will be named myfile.frm .
GIF files must be in 320 by 200, 256 colour format, otherwise an error will result.
If in doubt as to the format, use Autodesk Convert (or similar) to ensure the format
is correct.
The first frame number must be 0, but the zero may be omitted for the first GIF
frame, and must be omitted for single frame sequences.
Pack will pack as many frames as there are files. If a file is missing from the
sequence, Pack will not proceed past the missing file.
