9800 Ozone Sanitizer
4CR Ozone Sanitizer has a built-in wear monitoring system, and when limit values are reached,
the device will signal to the user that the device needs maintenance. The need for maintenance
is shown to the user by flashing number of working cycles performed (during the device self-
diagnostics after turning on), and also by the red indicator (11) flashing after pressing the start
button (10).
In the case the above indication presents, the use of the device without maintenance is not
recommended, since at the same time, the efficiency of the treatment decreases, and it may
cause damage to the device.
The warning deactivates after maintenance.
WARRANTY
The warranty period for 4CR Ozone Sanitizer is 1 year from the moment the device is delivered
to the buyer in accordance with the terms of the supply agreement, during which the owner
of the device is entitled to free repair of the device due to malfunctions resulting from
manufacturing defects.
Warranty repair is carried out only by the technical personnel trained and authorized by the
device manufacturer.
Free repair of 4CR Ozone Sanitizer during the warranty period is performed upon the following
conditions:
• operation, storage and transportation of the device were performed in accordance with the
requirements of the instruction manual;
• there are no mechanical damages;
• operation of the device was performed by specially trained, qualified personnel and in
accordance with the requirements of the present instruction manual;
• the faulty device was delivired to an authorized service center.
The right to free repair during the warranty period is lost in the following cases:
• the device is mechanically damaged due to natural disasters, internal contamination by
foreign objects and liquids, behavior of animals and insects;
• disassembly of the device by unauthorized persons or companies;
• misuse of the device;
• use of non-original spare parts and consumables;
• Modification of the device not regulated by the manufacturer;
• conscious operation of the faulty device;
• occurrence of defects caused by inadequate maintenance, as well as repairs by unauthorized
persons or companies;
• device malfunction due to natural wear of the device components;
• other reasons beyond the control of the seller or manufacturer, for example: power supply
voltage drops;
• other cases stipulated in a device supply contract.
