Brans200 does not operate normally
Check if power supply is properly connected. Power it off and then on.
Image is not displayed
Check if the server functions normally.
If you can' t access the IP address of server, confirm whether the network is connected to
server, or whether network settings are correctly configured in system setup/network. (please
refer to 5.2.4)
If the GUI is displayed normally but image is not displayed, check if camera is correctly
connected to server, and if power supply of camera is on.
Check that channels connected to cameras in system setup/video (please refer to 5.2.2) are set
to Enable.
PTZ camera cannot be controlled
Check if camera and PTZ device are properly connected to server.
Confirm if the selected camera channel and model of PTZ device are property set in system
setup/PTZ settings (please refer to 5.2.5).
Check whether the selected channel is the channel that the PTZ device is installed on.
No audio is heard even if microphone is installed
It is recommended to use Audio ‘IN 1’ of the two audio input connectors. Confirm whether the
microphone is properly installed in Audio ‘IN 1’. The output from the source must be Line-In
level. If the output from the source is too low to be heard, the source must be amplified to
achieve Line-In level.
Check if the audio function is enabled in Administrator mode, and if the source is set as Input 1
(set as default at the time of shipping from the factory).
Check whether audio button on the right bottom of main viewer is activated.
Bi-directional communications is not made even if interphone is installed
Check if interphone is connected to Audio ‘OUT’ and Audio ‘IN 2’ of server. Confirm if the lines
connected to interphone are properly connected.
Check if interactive audio function (Interactive Audio) is enabled in system setup/audio, and if
operational mode is set as interphone.
Image does not move
In this case, the server may have lost the network connection. Check the network and take the
necessary measures to restore network connectivity.
Brans200 is programmed to connect the server automatically after handling the network
problem. If there is no reaction, reopen the browser to re-connect to server.
Frame speed lowers or does not work when selecting full screen mode

Brans200 client program uses Direct X to make processing speed faster when reducing or
magnifying images. If the graphic card of user's PC does not support Direct X, transmission
speed reduces a great deal when it is converted to full screen mode.
