5.3 Printer Diagnostic Tool Program on paper sensor correction 

 

5.3.1 Automatic correction 

 

1.Please make sure the paper is correctly installed and close the printer head securely.

2. Turn on the printer. 
3. Select the communication port according to the connected port. 
 

 

 

The default setting connection interface of the printer 
diagnostic tools program is USB. If transmission is 
through the USB cable link, there is no need to set 
up this part. Go to the next step.

 

 

 

4. Press the "sensor calibration" button. 
5. Choose the paper type and press the "Calibrate" button
