4055A Impact Tool Assembly may be used for cabinet repair or in conjunction with building
terminal applications. The 4055A Impact Insertion Tool is the only tool approved for use in connecting
jumper wire to 3M cross-connect modules.

Installation Instructions
1.
Remove plug from existing hole in cabinet door. If there is no existing hole, drill a

the desired position.
2.
Install assembly per figure below.
