Preparation tab
This tab shows the default settings related to the layering sequence:
•
Sequence
: name of the layering
sequence used .
•
Layer thickness
: thickness of
the layers (in µm) .
•
Compacting rate
: percentage
of the layer thickness added to
the layer thickness .
•
Compacting iteration
: no
longer used .
•
Powder raising
: value of the
feeding piston rising for each
layer (in µm) .
•
Powder raising iteration
:
number of iterations of the loop in the layering sequence .
•
Initial descent
: value of the first movement (relative position) of the sintering piston. Determine the positions
values of the sintering piston for the iteration scraping (in µm) .
•
Recycling tab
This tab groups the recycling settings .
•
Recycling after manufacturing
: it defines the duration of recycling at the end of the manufacturing (max value
600 min). This function is activated only if the “end of cycle” button has been checked in the
Manufacturing
menu
