If you run the backupums command on June 27, 2007, and
the command is completed in at 9:35:22 a.m., this directory is created:

In this directory, the backupums command places these files:

Copying the IP Messaging Backup Files to the Secondary Server
To copy backup files to the secondary VCX Connect server:
1
Log in to the app account on the primary VCX Connect server.
2
Enter these commands:
cd /opt/3comdata/umsdata/
scp -r <DATE> app@<IP address>:/opt/3comdata/umsdata/
Where:
■
<DATE> represents the name of the directory that was created by the
backupums command.
■
<IP address> represents the IP address of the secondary VCX Connect
server.
