Troubleshooting
The barcode stuck on the U200 series device chassis contains information about production and
servicing. Before you return a U200 series device for serving, please provide its barcode information to
your sales agent.
Troubleshooting the Power System
Symptom
The device cannot be powered on. The power LED on the front panel is off.
Solution
Follow these steps to troubleshoot the power system:
Step1
Remove the chassis cover.
Step2
Check the power cord for loose connection or damage.
If no problem is found with the power cord and the problem persists, contact your sales agent.
Troubleshooting Fans
Symptom
Fan failure message as shown below appears at reboot.

Fan 1 failed.
Solution
Follow these steps to troubleshoot fans:
Step1
Remove the chassis cover.
Step2
Check for absent fans.
Step3
Check for stopped fans. If a fan does not rotating, contact your sales agent to replace it.
If the cause cannot be located in the steps above and the problem persists, contact your local sales
agent.
