the crash (if a console was attached)

step of the dump procedure, and a description of any action taken to
recover from the error (for example, skipped the step, repeated the step
successfully)

You may also be asked to send a copy of the working diskette (Model
CS/3100 only) or a copy of the communications server software loaded on
the hard disk of your RBCS or TFTP/FTP server. To make a copy of the
working diskette, follow the procedure in “Copying and Formatting
Diskettes”.
Restarting
To reboot the server after a memory dump, enter
bt
to boot from the
working diskette (Model CS/3100 only) or
bs
to boot from an RBCS or
TFTP/FTP server.
