the network. An authentication server contains
a database of multiple user name/password
pairs with associated privilege levels for each
user or group that require management access
to a switch.
The RADIUS Client menu includes two tabs:

settings.

tab to configure the RADIUS
settings. The following parameters are
available:
■
Max Retries – Sets the number of retries of
sending authentication requests.
■
Timeout – Sets the interval between sending
authentication requests.
■
IP Address – The IP address of the RADIUS
server.
