To reset the Firewall clearing it of all settings see “Resetting the Firewall”
on page 162 for details.

Managing the
Firewall
Configuration File

The Configuration tool allows you to save and restore the configuration
settings of the Firewall. Click

Tools

and then select the

Configuration

tab.

A window similar to that in Figure 38 displays.

Use the

Configuration

tab to specify where the settings for the Firewall

are saved to and retrieved from for backup purposes. You can also restore
the default settings from the

Configuration

tab. 3Com recommends that

you back up the Firewall settings.
