10.1 Problem with Hardware Installation

Make sure the Prestige is fully and firmly seated in the slot and restart your computer.
Perform a hardware scan by clicking

Windows). Follow the on-screen instructions to search for the Prestige and install the
driver.
Use the
Device Manager
to check for possible hardware conflicts.

. Verify
the status of the Prestige under
Network Adapter
.
Install the Prestige in another computer.
Windows does
not auto-detect
the new
Prestige.
If the error persists, you may have a hardware problem. In this case, you should contact
your local vendor.
10.2 Problem with Internet Access

Check the cable connection between the Prestige on your computer and the telephone
wall jack.
I cannot
access the
Internet.
Verify the communication settings of the Prestige.
For LAN connection type: make sure you entered the network information correctly.
For WAN connection type: make sure you entered your user name and password
correctly. Your user name and/or password may be case-sensitive.
