Cannot get a LAN IP
address from the ISP.
If the ISP checks the user ID, check your service type, user name, and password in the
ETHERNET
screen.
Cannot access the
Internet.
Verify the Internet connection settings in the
ETHERNET
screen.
Make sure you entered the correct user name and password if you are using PPPoE.
The telephone port
doesn’t work or there
is no dial tone.
Check the telephone connections.
Make sure you have the
VoIP
screen properly configured.
