P-660R-Tx v3 Series Support Notes

Key setting:

Field

Description

Encapsulation

Choose one of encapsulation mode used in Dynamic IP condition .There

are four modes: 1483 Bridged IP LLC, 1483 Bridge IP VC-Mux, 1483

Route IP LLC(IPoA),and 1483 Route IP VC-Mux.

Bridge

Interface

When activated, not only Router connects but bridge connects.

Meanwhile, Router and Bridge use the same PVC, Lan PC could get an

wan IP which is assigned by PPPOE server. So

we needn‟t two PVCs to

do multicast.

NAT

Choose to enable or disable NAT function.

Default Route

Choose “yes” to set the current PVC as a default gateway to internet from

your device. Note that there must be only

one

default gateway. If you

have configured more than one PVC as default gateway, the last one

would be efficient.

TCP MTU

Option

Set TCP MTU value. “0” is considered as default value.

Dynamic

Route

Draw out the list to choose an RIP vision. And you can choose the RIP

direction. Choose none direction to disable RIP function.

Multicast

Choose to enable or disable multicast function

MAC

Spoofing

Choose to enable Mac spoofing function. You can set a wanted MAC

below
