This chapter describes how to change the IES-2500 power fuses.
8.1 Procedure to Change an IES-2500 Power Fuse
The IES-2500 power is on the back panel of the main chassis. Use the following procedure to change an IES-2500
power fuse.
Step 1.
Make sure the IES-2500 power switch is in the OFF position.
Step 2.
Unplug the power cord from the power receptacle on the back panel.
Step 3.
Use a flat-head screwdriver or similar tool to gently pry the power fuse holder out of the power
receptacle.
Step 4.
Replace any fuses that are burnt out (see the hardware specifications in the appendix for fuse
information).
Step 5.
Push the power fuse holder firmly back into place.

8.2 Procedure to Reconnect the Power
Step 1.
To connect the power to the unit, connect the female end of the supplied power cord to the power
receptacle on the back panel.
Step 2.
Connect the other end of the power cord to a power outlet.
Step 3.
Move the power switch to the ON position.
