What happens if my Device stops operating - can I still place a call?
If your Device stops operating (e.g. if you have lost your broadband
connection) then you will no longer be able to place calls through the
Device. However, if you have coverage from the mobile network of your
mobile service provider you can still place calls normally.
Why can’t I access the Device or ping any computer from the WLAN?
Check if the wireless adapter on the wireless station is working properly.
Make sure the wireless adapter installed on your computer is IEEE
802.11 compatible and supports the same wireless standard as the
Device. Make sure your computer (with a wireless adapter installed) is
within the transmission range of the Device.
