Troubleshooting

This chapter offers some suggestions to solve problems you might encounter. The potential
problems are divided into the following categories.

I cannot see or access the

screen in the web configurator.

Make sure your Internet browser does not block pop-up windows and has Java Scripts
and Java enabled. See

Appendix C on page 361

.

Make sure you are using the correct IP address.

If the problem continues, contact your local vendor.

screen, but I cannot log in to the Vantage CNM.

Make sure you have entered the user name and password correctly. The user name and
password are case-sensitive, so make sure [Caps Lock] is not on. If this does not work, contact
the network administrator or local vendor.
