When you hear some unusual sounds or find any scratches, something may go wrong with the valve or the paddling top. Please take
the steps below to troubleshoot.

• The Valve Inspection & Repair
The valve may leak if it is not tightened well. You can inspect the valve
by pouring some soapy water to see if there are bulbs.
If there are, it’s confirmed the valve leaks.
When the valve leaks, please
a. Firstly inspect & tighten the valve (
see Step 1 of Assembly
).
b. If it still leaks after tightening the valve, please open the valve with the
Wrench Tool
(in the Tool Kit) and check if the drop stitch
is in the wrong place. If it is, please stuff the drop stitch back into the original place, then tighten the valve. You can also search for the
