Using for the first time
Configuring the appliance
The model can be used to extract or recirculate air. The appliance is set up as
a recirculation hood ex-factory. With this setting, the service life of the long-life
activated charcoal filter is 120 operating hours.
If the appliance is to be operated as an extraction model, the saturation
indicator for the long-life activated charcoal filter must be deactivated.
Activating the saturation indicator for the long-life activated charcoal filter
▸ Switch the appliance off.
▸ Hold the
button depressed for three seconds.

To activate the saturation indicator:
▸ press the button.

The setting selected will be automatically accepted after five seconds.
The appliance is now set up as a recirculation model.
Deactivating the saturation indicator for the long-life activated charcoal
filter
▸ Switch the appliance off.
▸ Depress the
button for three seconds.
