you can not meet the position requirements about two cutting points, you shall re-cut
the feeder sheath to meet the two above requirements, in the unit of mm.

3. Slightly rasp the inner conductor by using a file, enable it reach 0.3 x 45 degrees. That
is, make the top flat and enable the edge form a slope. Also, the angle between the
slope and inner conductor is 45 degrees. The length of inner conductor corresponding
to the slope is about 0.3 mm, as shown in Figure 7-10 . Note that no any burr occurs
on the processed inner conductor, otherwise it may impact the quality of received GPS
signal.
