Symptom 

Resolution 

The battery 
discharges 
quickly 

Check the network signal strength. With 
only 1 or 2 bars, the battery has to work 
harder to maintain network contact. 
Switch off Wi-Fi, Bluetooth & GPS if you 
are not using them.     
Tip: You can add the power management 
widget to your home screen to easily 
switch off functions. The battery may be 
worn out. 

I cannot charge 
the phone 

Confirm the charger is properly inserted. 
Remove the battery, clean the contacts 
and check it is inserted correctly. The 
battery may be worn out.
