Troubleshooting

This section describes how to troubleshoot some problems when they occur to your phone. If you can
not deal with them, contact your local dealer.

Problem Possible

Cause

The area covered with weak
signal, such as basement, and the
area near high-rise buildings.

Move to the area covered with strong
signal.

The network is busy. For example,
you may fail to make calls during
rush hours because of busy
network.

Avoid using mobile phone during rush
hours.

You are too far away from station. Contact your network service provider for

station location.

Poor network trunk.

Poor telephone line.
