Change your phone’s Bluetooth
®
name
1.
On the home screen, touch the
Menu
key and then touch
System
Settings
and look under
WIRELESS & NETWORKS
.
2.
Slide the Bluetooth
®
switch to the
ON
position.
3.
Touch Bluetooth
®
. Then in the Bluetooth
®
screen, touch the Menu key
and choose
Rename phone
.
4.
Type a new name and touch
Rename
.
Pairing
1.
In the Settings menu, touch
Bluetooth®
. Your phone will scan and
display all available Bluetooth
®
devices.
2.
Touch the ID of the desired device.
Follow the instructions to complete the pairing.
Send files via Bluetooth®
To send files via Bluetooth
®
, do as follows:
1.
Select a file or item, such as a contact or a media file from an
appropriate application or
File manager
.
2.
Open a contact and touch the Menu key, or touch and hold an item to
bring up a menu, choose Share or Send from the menu, then touch the
icon.
3.
Search for, pair and connect with a Bluetooth®-enabled device.
