wlanconfig command is a utility tool used to manage the VAP (virtual AP). It provides an
instance of a VAP that includes listing VAP and deleting VAP

1. Create a VAP
When create a VAP, you need to set several parameters of VAP to display its characteristics.
VAP can be a client node or an infrastructure node. Client node is called as “managed” and
