Wireless Settings

The Wireless Menu lets you:

•

Configure the Cable Modem/Router to serve as a wireless access point (AP)

•

Configure essential and advanced settings of a wireless network

•

Configure a guest network for temporary visitors

•

Configure WMM QoS

Note:

Your Cable Modem/Router has been preconfigured to support wireless

connections without any further configuration. Please see

Chapter 3: Connecting Other

Devices to your Cable Modem/Router

for details. Most users will not need to read this

chapter.

Radio

The Radio page allows you to modify wireless settings.

To access the

Radio

page:

Click the

Wireless

menu tab.

The

Radio

submenu page will appear.

Figure 3 shows an example of the menu and Table 2 describes the items you can
select.
