Begin by using the longer comb attachment

and trim the fur gradually to the desired length.
It is suggested to first trim a small area so as to
test the individual comb attachments

Avoid making sudden movements when
trimming.
Switch the product on by sliding the ON/OFF
switch

to the position with the marking “I”
is shown.
Guide the product slowly and steadily through
the fur. If possible, trim against the direction of
the fur‘s growth.
While doing so, hold the product in such a
way that the selected comb attachment

is
positioned as level as possible.
Comb the fur repeatedly.
You can adjust the desired trim length of the comb
attachment

more accurately by rotating the
length position indicator

. These gradations
differ by 0.3 mm.
After use, switch the product off by sliding the
ON/OFF switch

to the position with the
marking “0” is shown.
Example:
Comb attachment 3.0 mm
(trim length 3.8–5 mm):
Furthermost left
position (0.8 mm):
short fur (3.8 mm)
Middle position
(1.4 mm):
mid-length fur (4.4 mm)
Furthermost right
position (2.0 mm):
long fur (5.0 mm)
Note: Only cutting unit

on the trim length. The paw trimmer unit
