Reseting the NetBox in case of changing the WIFI net, or removing from the installa-
tion, the Netbox can be reseted.
Press to “Pairing button” for 10 s. The Led’s SERVER, ACT785 will turn off and just
the Power led will remain turned on.

Most common errors
1. The POWER LED is turned off
•
Check the wiring cable (12Vdc, +/-) from the ZITY to the NetBox.
2. The ACT485 led is turned off
•
There is no communication between the NetBox and the ZITY control panel. Check the
wiring and polarity of the communication wire (RS485/Rem) from the ZITY to the Netbox.
3. SERVER Led flashing
•
There is no communication with the server. Reset the power supply of the device and
check that the WIFI is working properly.
4.
APP doesn’t recognize the user or the password
•
Check that the e-mail address is correct.
•
Check the password, and in case is continues not working, press “I forgot the password”
and follow the instructions.
5. Any zoning system is detected when scanning with the APP
•
Check the wiring and polarity of the (RS485/Rem) wire from ZITY to the NetBox.
