BUTTERMILK
WHEAT LOAF
BASIC WHEAT BREAD
BUTTERMILK WHEAT LOAF
Ingredients:
Dry Milk Recipe:
Fresh Milk Recipe:
Butter milk
1-1/3 cups
Water
1-1/8 cups
Butter
1-1/2 Tbsp.
2 Tbsp.
Sugar
2 Tbsp.
2 Tbsp.
Salt
1/2 tsp.
1/2 tsp.
Baking Soda
1/2 tsp.
Bread Flour
2-1/2 cups
3 cups
Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 cup
1/2 cup
Dry Buttermilk
1-1/2 Tbsp.
Active Dry Yeast
2 tsp.
1pkg.
1. Measure ingredients into baking pan.
2. Insert baking pan securely into baking unit, close lid.
3. Select appropriate bread setting. DRY MILK BASIC BREAD or FRESH MILK BASIC BREAD.
4. Push START.
5. The COMPLETE light will flash when bread is done.
6. Using hotpads, remove pan from unit.
7. Remove bread from baking pan (and kneading blade from bread if required).
8. Allow to cool before slicing. Makes 1 loaf.
