7 The machine is not running smoothly. Possible reasons.
7.1 The cleaning cloth is too dirty. Please replace it.
7.2 There are different areas on the glass surface (glass area, sticker area, thermal
insulation sticker area, or mist sticker area). Use it in a single area.
7.3 If the screw of the cleaning wheel is loose, tighten it (do not tighten it too much,
as it may affect the thickness of the glass adhesive at the bottom of the window
frame or the performance of the beveled window frame).
8 Circular marks remain on the glass surface after cleaning.
The cleaning cloth is too dirty. Replace it with a clean cloth and wipe it again.
9 How to deal with the warning sound and the flashing red light when the machine
stops working due to a power outage?
9.1 Carefully retract the safety cord back to the machine; when pulling the safety
cord, it should be as close as possible to the parallel glass to prevent it from
falling.
9.2 Turn off the machine.
9.3 Check the wire for poor contact or broken wire.
10 The machine stops at unknown obstacles, the red light flashes, and there is no
warning sound. How to handle it?
10.1 Operate the machine with the remote control to a safe location. Alternatively,
carefully retract the safety cord back to the machine; when pulling the safety cord,
it should be as close as possible to the parallel glass to prevent it from falling.
10.2 Remove obstacles on doors and windows.
10.3 Check for any causes of air leakage.
11 There are arc markings on the polished glass when the light shines at night?
To disable the water spraying function for the first time, use a clean cloth to remove
the sand. For the second use, clean the cloth and replace it, then enable the water
spraying function or keep the upper cleaning wheel clean and dry. Apply a small
amount of dish soap or cleaning vinegar to the lower cleaning wheel (1 or 2 sprays),
without fully wetting it. This can help eliminate the arc marks. All wet cleaning cloths
will affect the operation of the machine.
12 The machine has cleaned all the windows but cannot stop automatically.
Press the █► button to stop the operation.
13 The machine is not spraying water!
13.1 Check if the switch for the water spraying function is turned on.
13.2 Clean the ultrasonic spray outlet with a clean, soft cloth.
13.3 Check the water tank to ensure there is water and that the added cleaning
solution is clean and pure.
