Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1 When using the cleaning cloth for the first time (especially in the dirty
environment of the outer frame), the machine may work slowly or even fail.
1.1 When unpacking the machine, clean and dry the provided cleaning cloth before use.
1.2 Spray a little water or glass cleaner on the cleaning cloth or the surface of the
inspected glass.
1.3 After wetting and wringing out the cleaning cloth, place it in the cleaning ring of the
machine for use.
2 The machine performs a self-test at the beginning of operation. If it cannot move
smoothly and emits a warning sound, it indicates that the friction is either too high
or too low
Please check the following:
2.1 Whether the cleaning cloth is too dirty..
2.2 The friction efficiency of glass stickers and mist stickers is relatively low, so they are
not suitable for use..
2.3 When the glass is very clean, it may be too smooth.
2.4 When the humidity is too low (in an air-conditioned room), the glass may become too
smooth after multiple wipes.

When pressing the automatic cleaning button ▲ (up), it is possible that the
machine may not automatically detect the top edge of the window due to the
shifting of the robot.

4 The machine is unable to clean the upper left corner of the glass..
You can use the manual window cleaning mode on the remote control to wipe the area
that has not been cleaned. Sometimes, when the glass or cleaning cloth is smooth, the
width of the wiped glass may be larger, causing the upper left position to slide slightly and
unable to be wiped.
5 The machine is unable to fully clean the windows and stops the cleaning process
prematurely.

6 Possible reasons for slipping and failure to climb during climbing.
6.1. The friction is too low. The friction coefficient of stickers, thermal insulation stickers, or
