5 / REPLACING THE BRUSH
The cleaner is fitted with a PVC brush with a wear indicator. In order
to maintain the efficiency of your cleaner you should replace the
brush as soon as the wear indicator is reached (even if the roller is
not damaged).
•
Turn the cleaner over to access the brush.
•
Push the brush arm in order to remove the axle from its housing
(
Figure 9-1
).
•
Lift the brush and remove it from the cleaner.
•
Place the axle of the new brush in its housing (
Figure 9-2
).
•
Place the second axle of the new brush in its housing (
Figure 9-2
).

•
Lift the edges of the band to be replaced in order to remove it from the wheel's groove
(

•
Remove the worn tyre (

).
•
In order to replace the tyre, place it on the wheel making sure the direction is correct
(the grooves must be on the outside of the wheel) (

).
•
Place one side of the tyre on the wheel and fit its edge into the outside groove of the wheel
(

).
•
Push the other side of the tyre into the wheel's inside groove (
Figure 10-5
).
If necessary gently turn the wheel in order to ease the tyre into position.
