Fill Will Not Turn ON

Disconnect orange 

sensor wires at

control box.

Is power 

light on?

Disconnect blue valve

wires from control box.

Does 

green fill light 

turn on?

Does 

green fill light 

turn on?

Wait 20 seconds.

Does sensor

light turn on?

Transformer 

is bad.

Turn on 

power.

Sensor is bad.

Check blue wires with AC

voltmeter. Is there 24 VAC?

Check for power at valve 

connection. Is there power?

PBC board is bad.

Valve is bad.

Cable connection between

valve and controller is bad.

Less power.

Verify correct input 

voltage to unit.

Pull sensor out of water. 

Does sensor

light turn on?

YES
