Possible Reasons: There is a problem of audio input (e.g. MIC)
Solutions: Check whether there is any problem in the external audio input, and
reconnect the control line from the external audio input to the camera.

If it is necessary to visit a camera in LAN on the internet, set the dynamic domain
name of the camera and enable the port mapping on the corresponding router. Firstly,
there must be a router with DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name Service). The following
is an example of TP-Link router.

Apply the dynamic domainusername and host name for the camera.
Our company’s IPC supports the dynamic domain name by Dyndns.org, 3322.org
and Dynddns.us. Before applying the dynamic domain name, register an email
address to receive the verification email. For example, the application for a Dyndns
