EN
Take a piece of wood and put it against
the fence.
Fix it with the work piece binder (before
every cutting operation!).
Adjust the deepness limitation screw
and scarify the piece of wood.
Check the cutting line against the laser
line.
If the laser line differs a bit you will be
able to adjust the laser. For this you
must turn off the laser, loosen the
holding screws (S), adjust the laser box
and fasten the screws again (Fig. G).
3.5
Adjusting the deepness
limitation
After adjusting the angles you have to
control whether the saw blade doesn’t
touch the ground plate at the lowest posi-
tion. The clap (M) must be closed so that
the longer one of the two deepness limita-
tion screws fits through the hole (Fig. H).
If the saw blade touches the saw blade
you’ll have to adjust the short deepness
limitation screw (T1) until the saw blade is
about 5 mm under the upper edge of the
work piece seat (Fig. I).

OPERATION
A T T E N T I O N
FORBIDDEN: Adjustments when
the machine’s connected with
the power supply!
Injuries and material damages
by unintentional starting!
So always disconnect the ma-
chine from the power supply
before adjusting works.
Make sure that all the screws,
levers, etc are fastened well and
that loose tools have been re-
moved from the machine before
operation.
4.1
Angle adjustments
4.1.1
Mitre horizontal
Saw aggregate vertical at 0°. Loosen the
fixing knob (16), now you can turn the
whole aggregate with the work piece
seat 45° to the right/left. At the desired
angle you have to fix the knob (16)
again.
4.1.2
Mitre vertical
You can tilt the saw aggregate by loosing
the fixing lever (12). When you’ve ad-
justed the desired angle you must lock
the aggregate with the lever (12) again.
Ensure that the saw blade doesn’t touch
the ground plate at its lowest position.
4.2
Starting (Fig. J)
Connect the machine with the power
supply.
Ensure that the safety instructions have
been read, understood and considered.
Operate the accelerator and wait till the
machine has reached its maximum en-
gine speed.
Push the safety lever for the saw blade
cover with the right forefinger to the
left side.
4.3
Stopping
When you let go of the accelerator (3)
the engine stops and the saw blade
comes to a standstill.
4.4
Chop cuts
Chop cuts are suitable for cutting small
work pieces to length.
For chop cuts you have to lock the pull-
ing equipment with the fixing knob (13)
so that the saw aggregate can’t slide
during operation.
Lock the work piece, do the cut, lift the
saw aggregate, let go of the accelera-
tor, wait till the saw blade stands. Only
now you are allowed to remove the
work piece.
4.5
Pit cuts
They are suitable for long cuts.
Lock the work piece.
Pull the saw aggregate to you.
Start the machine.
Lower the saw aggregate and cut into
the work piece slowly.
Cut the work piece slowly. Push the
saw aggregate backwards.
Advantage: When the material splinters
then not into the direction where the
operator stands.
